Attack Logistics provides custom solutions for Cobra operators that will drive down Direct Operating Cost while increasing mission readiness.  We support you with tech-pubs, parts, training, and engineering to manage the obsolesce challenges facing the legacy Cobra.  Our performance improvement modifications are a true Force Multiplier allowing more armament load-up per sortie.  Modernized weapons upgrades allow the legacy AH-1 S/F to meet today’s battlefield requirements.

David Marone

President

Dave Marone is an industry veteran who began his career 40 years ago as an Army Aviator in the US Air Cavalry. In the early 1990’s, Dave earned both FAA pilot and A&P Technician licenses. In 1992, Dave joined Standard Aero as a turbine engine technical sales and service representative where he gained valuable experience on turbine engine theory and performance. Within three years, he was promoted to Director of Regional Operations overseeing Standard Aero’s western United States and western Canadian operations. In 1999, Dave was promoted to International Director of Business Development for Standard Aero’s Helicopter division. In 2005, Dave was recruited by BLR Aerospace as the new company’s Director of Sales and Marketing and was rapidly promoted to Vice President of Sales, Marketing and New Business Development. In this role, Dave participated in the launch of several of BLR’s newly certified performance products including Beechcraft King Air Winglet Systems, Bell Helicopter FastFin® Systems, Airbus Helicopter FastFin® Systems, and the MT Propellor System (Whisper Prop®) for the King Air series of turboprops. In support of these product launches, Dave successfully established global distribution, dealer, and representative networks. In 2019, Dave Marone and Tom Jackson founded Attack Logistics to support military operators of Legacy AH-1 attack helicopters including performance improvement, logistical support, and relief for parts and system obsolescence.

Tom Jackson

Tom Jackson has been in the aviation industry for 30 years.  He is a second generation Aircraft Maintenance Engineer who has licenses in Maintenance, Avionics, Structures and Components for Transport Canada and FAA.  Tom spent most of his career working on legacy Bell, Sikorsky and Airbus platforms throughout the world.  He has worked as a government contractor in many theaters of operation and has extensive experience in special mission systems and MRO for military and commercial operations.  Tom started CanWest Aerospace Inc. in the spring of 2004 and focused his company on the support and modernization of legacy Helicopters.  Tom’s unique team of legacy specialists allows them to take on the most challenging projects in foreign countries supported from facilities in both Canada and the US.  In 2019, Tom opened a new manufacturing division in California to support the manufacturing of legacy aircraft parts needed by operators struggling with part obsolesce.  This rare depth of knowledge and full-MRO capability allows Tom’s organization to offer high value-added solutions for those struggling to sustain legacy helicopters no longer supported by an OEM.
